Jia Yuan Spring Co., Ltd was established in 2018 in Dai Dang industrial zone, Binh Duong province with investment from Taiwan Jia Guang Group. In 1996, Taiwan Jia Guang Group established the first Jia Guang Spring Co., Ltd. in Taichung. Due to the increasing market demand, and expectation to bring products to foreign markets, the group invested to build a factory and established a branch company in Shenzhen, China. JiaGuang Hardware and Spring Products with professional technique has been developing in the market for nearly 20 years and is a professional ODM/OEM precision spring manufacturer. The company's main products are springs made upon customers' requirements, flat springs, and mental circle.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY
Jia Yuan Springs Co., Ltd. can produce 500 thousand products daily, including: compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs and other hardware for producing bicycles, medical equipment, cars, motorcycles, hand tools, computers, electronics, home appliances, machinery, optoelectronics.

To meet the growing needs in the new era of 4.0, Jia Yuan Springs Co., Ltd. has invested nearly 30 machines with the most modern technology, and this number will be 100 in the future. The company has a lot of modern equipment for quality control such as 2D projectors for enhanced control over every finished product. Supervising inspection with a microscope magnifying glass is applied to ensure the perfect product surface. Tension and compression testing machine is used to ensure the load requirements of spring forms.
